Ember & Oak is a wood-fired restaurant and steakhouse built around open-flame cooking and a sense of occasion. The brief called for a site as warm and atmospheric as the dining room — dark, cinematic, and unmistakably premium.

Fire-lit photography of the hearth, dry-aged cuts and the room itself anchors the design, while a clear menu, chef story and a prominent reservation flow guide diners from first craving to a booked table.
